Bitsy d290d7300d Add app icon: placeholder generator + build-time .icns assembly ...

build-app.sh now auto-resolves an icon from icons/, in order of preference:
  1. icons/Allofit.icns         pre-built, copied verbatim
  2. icons/Allofit.iconset/     run through iconutil
  3. icons/icon.png             resampled to all 10 iconset slots via
                                sips, then iconutil
With no source present the build silently produces a bundle without
an icon (previous behaviour).

The script also emits CFBundleIconFile / CFBundleIconName only when an
icon was actually placed, so the plist stays clean otherwise.

make-placeholder-icon.swift is a standalone Swift script that draws a
flat magnifying-glass on a blue→teal gradient inside Apple's rounded
square mask, saves to icons/icon.png at 1024x1024. Output is
Icon-Composer-ready as a base layer for refinement.

icons/icon.png ships as the initial placeholder. Replace it (or drop
in a hand-crafted iconset) to override.
