DWA 62538d6b59 feat(icon): use the background-less mark for the window icon ...

The runtime window/taskbar icon reads better as the transparent voltic mark;
the full branded icon (with background) stays in the .exe for Explorer.

- apidemo: window/taskbar + JVM icon -> voltic mark (theme-neutral, single
  variant); .exe keeps the full icon. generateAppIconRgba now purges its output
  dir so a changed icon set leaves no orphan blobs in data.kres.
- bridge plugin: NativeIconSpec gains exeIcon — point light at a transparent
  mark and exeIcon at the full branded icon (falls back to light when unset).
  Same window-vs-exe split apidemo uses.
