Convert every module's compose-fork.txt to the folder-style format (SET_FOLDER + '<sourceSet>/kotlin/ -> src/vendor/<area>/kotlin/' directives + '!' refusals), replacing the long per-file listings. The vendored file set is unchanged. - compose-ref.txt -> compose.properties: NAME=value ref variables, referenced from manifests as SET_REPO=<url>@<VARNAME> (COMPOSE_CORE_REF / COMPOSE_REF). SET_REPO is now required per manifest (no implicit default repo). - Rename the SET_ROOT directive to SET_FOLDER. - sync re-annotates each manifest with the folder-expansion listing + a DIAGNOSTIC GAPS block of unvendored .kt. - Docs (CLAUDE.md, README, compose-fork/README) + build.gradle.kts provenance updated.
